Advanced DJ School Refund Policy
Effective Date: 25 February 2025
At Advanced DJ School, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience.
Our month-to-month payment structure gives students flexibility, but it also requires clear guidelines on refunds and cancellations.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Cancellation within the first 7 days of the month - 50% refund of that month’s fee
2.2 Cancellation after the first 7 days of the month - No refund for that month
2.3 Cancellation request received before the next billing cycle - No refund, but future billing will be stopped
2.4 Program cancellation by Advanced DJ School - Full refund for the affected month
2.5 Failure to attend or complete lessons - No refund
2.6 Technical issues preventing access (verified by support) - Pro-rata refund or credit towards the next month
3. Cancellation Notice Requirements

30-Day Notice for Cancellations:
To stop future billing, students must provide a 30-day written notice before the next payment is due.

Cancellation Before Next Billing Cycle:
If you notify us before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming month.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

Email us at support@advanceddj.school with the subject "Refund Request – [Your Full Name]".

Include your full name, enrollment details, reason for the request, and any supporting documents.

Our team will review your request within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:

❌ Late Payment Fees
❌ Completed Course or Module Fees
6. Program Cancellations by Advanced DJ School
If we cancel a course, module, or program, affected students will receive a full refund for that month or an option to transfer to another session.

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis for:

✅ Verified technical issues preventing access to lessons
1. General Refund Policy

Monthly Payments:
Tuition is billed monthly in advance, covering the entire month’s lessons and resources. -
No Partial Refunds:
Once a month begins, no partial refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations. -
Refund Window:
Refunds are available only within the first week of the billing cycle under specific conditions.
